What you thought of  The Wind that Shakes the Barley

A. Very powerful film about neglected topic- balance of individuals & politics -Could  be any dispute anywhere anytime Marvellous minor characters.
B. Very powerful & disturbing. Timeless & could have been in any number of countries. Confirms the pointlessness of violence.
THOUGHT PROVOKING. WHAT DO WE WHAT OUT OF LIFE?
It was interesting to be given a background to “The Troubles”. But how could anyone enjoy it – violent, depressing – but a good evening!
C. But pretty horrid.
